|Recommended: YesMy name is Tina. I have now lived at the Oak Court apartments for 6 years. Overall, it is a good place to live. The property and units are well maintained overall, though the staffing is limited as far as maintenance and office members go. For example, it can take a few weeks for maintenance requests to be responded to, and there is currently only one office attendant managing not only this property, but another within Republic. While I have noticed improvements in the past year or so more frequent email communication, key fobs for pool and gym access, etc , there is more that can be done. Recently, they started adding on to the complex, and it was a bit disappointing to see that funds are being utilized to add more to the staff’s workload rather than adding more staff members, given how there are not currently enough staff members to attend to resident’s needs. The current staff on the property are extremely attentive and helpful, but they can only do so much given how few there are

|Recommended: YesThe apartment complex is in a great location for Republic. The grounds are well maintained. Having my water and internet included in my rent is honestly a great bang for my buck. It is also great that I'm able to do autopay for my rent, so I'm never scrambling to get a check to someone on time. The building is starting to show its age, but not terribly so. The amenities are a nice touch too.

|Recommended: YesStill here after 5 years. Great place to live. Kids and pets are welcome. Quiet friendly community. Large spacious apts and super amenities gym, pool, large lawn area, playground,close to shopping, schools and parks. Excellent location. Come check us out.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here four years and I love it. It's very spacious and quiet here. Maintenance takes care of everything timely and management is very helpful and friendly. The neighbors are friendly and they look out for each other. It feels like country but close to everything. I highly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesWe have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed being here. Local food and shops are close by. The maintenance on the property has been much better within the last year due to having a manager on site now thay is helpful and always calls back if not available. Sends emails letting us know updates.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 7 yrs. and just renewed for 8. It is quiet, well maintained, remodeled clubhouse and gym along with a nice pool. The staff is great and always willing to help and respond quickly with any maintenance request. I love that I am within 2 miles of 3 grocery stores, 3 pharmacies, 3 convenience stores, and 25 local and franchise food places. We have access to 24 hr. security and consistent patrols.. The pet area is well supplied, maintained and rules enforced. I would want to live anywhere else. gary

|Recommended: YesThe apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. The property up keep seems to be a lot better now that there is a property manager regularly in the clubhouse.

|Recommended: YesI have lived in Oak court for 3 years now and have really enjoyed living here. I work weird hours with my job and have never had to complain about the noise or any other issues that I would face at other places. I enjoy the safety crew that keeps us safe
