|Recommended: YesVery happy living here. Property is nice and well kept. Maintenance is prompt when issues arise. New management is a good improvement as of 2024. Pool, workout, and laundry facilities are nice. Property is relatively quiet and feels safe.
|Recommended: YesOverall a great apartment since new management Lots of space outside for my young kids to play, and everyone is so nice. When I first moved in we had a few issues, but after that it has been great I love that this apartment is not right in the middle of Republic, which helps traffic. We have very little vehicles driving around by us which really helps with safety. I love staying here and just renewed my lease for another year.

|Recommended: YesThe staff at Oak Court are very nice and courteous. The maintenance staff at Oak Court are very good at getting anything that needs repaired done in a timely manner. Also, the surrounding neighborhood and people are friendly. I have lived here for over 10 years and couldn't ask for a better place.

|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living here for 5 yrs. and just renewed for my 6th. The units are well maintained as well as the grounds. The staff and the tenants are all nice. I am close to 3 grocery stores, 3 pharmacies, several convenience stores and 20 eateries, all within 10-15 blocks. You can't get more convenient than that. Occasionally the small maintenance needs are a little slow but when an urgent need comes up, you can depend on quick action It is so quiet and peaceful here and I love being away from the hustle and bustle of the towns expansion. I am retired and plan on staying here for good plus I can get to my part-time job in Springfield in less than 20 minute. I would certainly recommend Oak Court to anyone.

I love it as much today as I did the day I moved in The office staff, grounds keepers and maintenance are all top-notch and ready to help all the time. They have wonderful amenities, and it's a great place for a single person or a family..

|Recommended: YesWe just renewed our lease. They are pet friendly, have fantastic internet as they use Fiber which has been perfect for working from home, the rent is affordable and the apartments are very quiet which is a nice change for apartments.
|Recommended: Yes3bedroom — The staff are very helpful and understanding of any issues you might have. Price is reasonable and should something get messed up, they are right there to help fix it. The area around the apartment is also nice.

|Recommended: YesNice Place to live. — Very Happy I choose these apts 2 years ago when I moved here from Nebraska. Made some very nice friends here 1st week I was here. Haven't had any issues that weren't quickly resolved. I would recommend Oak Court.
