|Recommended: YesNice place to live The amenities are really nice and well kept, and everything is pretty close and convenient. It’s pet friendly, with a lot of sidewalks to walk the dogs and a park within a 5 minute drive.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here almost 3 years and absolutely love it here. It's very quiet and I've always felt safe here. The apartments are really nice and the staff is very friendly. Maintenance always fixes things quickly. The rent is cheaper here than most other places and the free internet is a huge perk. I hope to live here many more years.

They keep up well with maintenance some might find annoying but it shows they want to keep the apartments in good condition. Quiet friendly neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesMy parents have lived here for over 7 years and enjoy a handicapped 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. They have nice neighbors their age. They are close to Walmart, doctors, dentists, eye doctors and pharmacy.
Republuc has great schools and has just added a new water park. You can enjoy many city parks and trails.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Place to Live — We have lived at Oak Court for a year now and have really enjoyed it. The area feels safe and is quiet and clean. Management does a good job at making sure things are up to date and safe inside each unit, and they are always very friendly. No complaints here

|Recommended: YesWe moved in last year from out of state, and the process was very smooth. The complex has great amenities, such as a laundry room, which was great to use while we settled in and purchased our own to be installed.
The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms, overall apartment size is decent. Haven’t had any issues while living here. Internet is included which is great since I do work from home.
The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Also very convenient area with the hwy60 and grocery stores. We have enjoyed living here and will continue to.

|Recommended: YesOakcourt — This is a great place to live. It is typically very quiet and everyone kind of just keeps to themselves. Maintenance is on top of it if there is something needing done.

|Recommended: YesMy parents have lived in Oak Court Apartments in Republic for the last 7 years. They live in a ground floor handicap, 3 bedroom apartment. They have lovely elderly neighbors. They are close to Walmart, grocery, pharmacy, and doctors. They are only about 10 miles from the VA Clinic in Springfield.
Republic is a growing town with a beautiful new water park, restaurants and parks. They are only a few minutes from Wilson Creek National park and will soon have a bike walking trail taking you from town.

|Recommended: YesOakcourt Luxry Apartment — I just renewed my lease. They are pet friendly, have fantastic internet as they use Fiber which has been perfect for working from home, the rent is affordable and the apartments are very quiet which is a nice change for apartments. Though the construction is a bit noisy during the summers. It has been fantastic and Lisette has given her all to keep the units in top shape.
